Being Shrewd Christians?

Are we shrewd enough to make the best use of our resources to advance the Kingdom and store up true riches for ourselves?  Or do we just use our gifts and wealth for selfish vanity and security? Another underlying question is whether we truly believe that all we have is actually given by God, for us to use them to fulfill His purposes. The purposes, to which we use what we have, be it time, gifts or money, will reveal our true master. We cannot serve both God and Money. So, we should be using our money to serve God. We must also recognize that money has a strange power. Too much or too little of it may lead us into temptations and make us drift away from God. Therefore, before we ask for material blessings, we need to pray to know how we would use them. Those who pass the test of money, and proved to be a good steward will be greatly used by God.
